- 4 bananas
- 2 eggs
- Breadcrumbs
- 100 gr of sliced aldmonds
- 80 gr of butter
- Amarena cherries in syrup
First of all peel the bananas and cut them in half, but if you prefer you can leave them whole.
Now beat the two eggs in a plate.
Dip the bananas first in the beaten eggs, then in the breadcrumbs, again in the eggs and finally in the almonds.
Now melt the butter in a frying pan and when it sizzles, cook the bananas for about 5 minutes, browning them on all sides.
Add lemon juice or rum to taste.
Serve in an elegant way and accompany with sour cherries in syrup. Enjoy your meal
