• The Balsamic Vinegar Gold Riserva is an aged balsamic vinegar which pairs perfectly as well as on the vegetables to flavor rice dishes, soups, meat, fish and salad.
• It’s a delicacy to accompany both soft and aged cheeses, caviar and shellfish, strawberries and fresh fruit in general, ice cream and frozen desserts, as well as a valuable ingredient for tasty cocktails. • Store in a cool (14°/18°), dry place, away from light and sources of heat. After opening, it is advisable to close the cap properly after each use, to preserve its integrity.
