Do you have a sudden desire for an afternoon snack but it's too hot to enjoy a delicious hot dog? No problem, I have just the solution for you: a creamy lemon and chocolate chip ice cream, refreshing and invigorating.

Ingredients
 
 

  • Cream for desserts already sweetened cold of refrigerator
  • 20 g icing sugar
  • Peel of half a lemon untreated
  • 100 ml lemon juice (about 2 big lemons)
  • 25 g dark chocolate drops

Instructions
 

  • To prepare this very simple but really fast ice cream, even without an ice cream maker, you will need to start by placing the well-cold cream and sifted icing sugar in a bowl. Whip the cream together with the sugar with the whips until it is thick.
  • At that point add the lemon zest and juice, continue to mix everything with the whisk.
  • Then add the chocolate chips, mixing with a spatula.
  • Place in a tightly closed container and let rest in the freezer for 30 min. Every 30 min, about 3 times, stir your ice cream making sure it is creamy. This way it won't crystallize and will stay super creamy.
  • After 1.30 - 2 hours your ice cream will be ready to enjoy. Serve it along with some chocolate chips and it will be even better ?
