  • To prepare these delicious roasted potatoes, start by boiling the potatoes (with the peel): then place them in a large pot and cover them with cold water. Turn on the flame and bring to a boil. Cooking depends a lot on the size of the potatoes, generally taking about 20 minutes from boiling. In any case, do the test with the fork: when it fits well then they will be perfect.
  • Meanwhile, prepare a mixture of rosemary, sage and thyme.
  • Preheat the oven to 220 ° C (427 ° F). When the potatoes are ready, drain them and place them in a large bowl. Season them with oil, salt, pepper and the chopped herbs.
