Being the good glutton that I am, every Easter I give myself perhaps an excessive amount of chocolate eggs and, as I think you will understand, most of them were left over. Unfortunately at my house it always ends up like this: we buy truckloads of chocolate every
Easter and then waste it waiting for months.
The result? It deteriorates and we are forced to throw it away. So this time I decided to change this mean tradition and reuse the leftover chocolate in an
amazing recipe. If you find yourself in the same situation as me, try to reuse it by cooking this phenomenal mousse: easy to prepare, composed of a few ingredients and definitely enveloping to the taste.
I fell so much in love with it that I will surely prepare it for any special occasion and, as I was elated by it, I hope it will be the same for you. I’m sure that from now on I will never again dare to let chocolate deteriorate!
