  • 4 courgettes
  • 100 g cooked ham
  • 12 slices of scamorza cheese
  • Olive oil
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 egg
  • salt andpepper
  • Sesame seeds

Instructions
 

  • First, brown a clove of garlic in a shirt with a few turns of oil.
